The Year 10 Learning Enrichment subject is chosen as an elective and is scheduled seven times a fortnight. The electives are offered to those students who have been identified as in need of support. Skills are developed in reading, research and note taking, writing across all subject areas, assignment completion, oral presentations, Maths, study skills and exam techniques. Students are encouraged to set realistic goals for themselves, devise a plan to assist them in achieving their goals, prioritise tasks and monitor their progress. The emphasis of the subject is to develop skills and independence.
