In this increasingly global world we live, national boundaries are being eroded. Transnational Corporations (TNC’s) now loom large in influencing activities of countries. The consequences of this are not all positive, nor beneficial. Some TNC’s evade their social, economic, political and / or environmental responsibilities. If this occurs it is considered to be ‘Raiding the Global Village’.
Throughout this term we investigate the concept of globalisation and the impact this has, both positively and negatively, on the global community. Investigation of TNC's also occurs.
