Franck the animated froggie

 

The Fleur de Lys is a stylised lily flower. It was the symbol of the monarchs of France. During the Middle Ages and the Renaissance it was used on flags and royal drapes.

In modern times, the symbol is still used. From time to time, it has appeared on stamps.
