Sometimes coming to counselling face to face is a little daunting. Often it is easier to ask questions and seek help either over the phone or on-line.
It is anticipated that in the near future we will be able to offer on-line support either through a confidential chat-room or through a discussion board.
Until that is operating, confidential on-line counselling is available through Kids HelpLine.
Specific confidential on-line counselling for drug and alcohol use is available from Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Centre.
Both of these services operate 24/7 and are confidential and anonymous.
Alternatively, you can e-mail the College Counsellor to either make an appointment for face to face counselling or to ask for an e-mail response to your issue.
