2009 Teaching Opportunity

 

 

St Joseph ’s College is a Catholic Day School established in 1875 by the Christian Brothers (Edmund Rice Education Australia). It has an enrolment of 1270 boys from Years 5-12. Applications are invited from educators with a passion for excellence in boys’ education for the following permanent position commencing January 2009. Applicants must have a commitment to the ideals of Catholic education and demonstrate a willingness to identify with the Mission of the College. Teaching Staff are expected to be involved in the extensive co-curricular program. The ability to teach Extension English in Year Twelve would be an advantage.

HEAD OF FACULTY OF LANGUAGE ARTS
(5 PAR points)  

All applicants must be eligible for teacher registration and will be subject to E.R.E.A. and Legislative screening procedures and will be required to authorize such checks and provide identification. These checks are consistent with E.R.E.A.’s commitment to child protection policies and procedures.
