Terrace history - Senior Quadrangle

THE AREA BETWEEN THE CANTEEN
AND THE CALLAN CENTRE

There are a series of photos taken in 1987 which shows what the area was like sixteen years ago.

This shows the Senior Toilet as it used to be. It was situated under the Computer Room. To its left was the Sick Bay. Behind it was the College Staff Room.
Taken from the top of the steps from the Brothers' House area down towards where the College Pool now is. Looking towards where the Celtic Cross was erected in November of that year - 1987.
This looks towards the Staff Room. The Senior Toilets are to the left and the site of the new Toilets is into the bank behind the fence at the right. The Sick Bay was to the left of the Senior Toilets. The steps up can be seen - they still exist.
This is another photo giving another view of the same area. Over this area passes the flyover from the Drama and Film and TV rooms as well as the flyover from below the Chapel.
This looks towards where the Holy Family Chapel and the new classroom buildings are today.
A final photo looks back towards the Canteen area in the old Senior School. There is a verandah here now at the first floor area.
