1: At The Butcher's Shop

You have just arrived at the butcher's shop. You see the butcher and go over to ask him some questions
"What time did you discover the head?"
He answers "who do you think you are?"
You answer "I'm an independant investigator, now, what time did you discover the head?"
"Like I've been telling the rest of you people, it was about 10"
"Did you see anything unusual when you came in this morning?"
"Apart from the trail of blood leading to the head, there was nothing."
"And you were sure no-one suspicious was hanging around this morning or last night?"
"Look, I told you what I saw, so just leave me alone."
He then falls down crying
