This site was created for the National Australian History Competition. The theme for this years competition was 'Celebrations in our history.'

In keeping with that theme, we have created this site to celebrate the important role the Story Bridge has played, in the development of Brisbane as a modern city. We hope that you find our site informative and enjoyable.
