History The Brother J.S. Campbell Library, named in honour of one of St. Joseph's College's noted headmasters, Brother Campbell, has been established in its present location since 1975, after previously occupying the area currently used as the Staff Common Room. Library resources were established formally at St. Joseph's College during the Federal funding era of the 1960s. The
first College Librarian was Mr. Edmonds. Brother Maher was head of the
Library for several years and was then succeeded by Sister Gabrielle Dore.
