Waterford is looking forward to our Mother's Day breakfast on Friday.

The Waterford community is looking forward to welcoming our mothers to the building for breakfast on Friday morning. I certainly hope that all the mums in our community have an enjoyable day on Sunday.

Your sons received notification this week of the Immersion program that they have been placed in for this year. You will also receive an invitation to “accept” this via Parent Lounge. This invitation will contain details of the contact staff and any initial information that is relevant at this point in time.

Mrs Suzanne Cook, Head of Faculty – Humanities, spoke to the cohort on Thursday to provide some insight into the History and Geography electives for Semester 2. Over the next two weeks the boys are required to select one of these subjects to continue with during the second half of the year.

A group of Year 10 students participated in the first homework club at St Mary’s of the Cross at Windsor during the week. They encountered a very enthusiastic group of P-5 students eager the spend time with the boys. This program will continue for the next four weeks and we thank the St Mary’s community for allowing us journey with them this term. We also welcome Edmund Rice Camps and Year 10 students from All Hallows’ to Waterford this weekend for our first combined Head to Heart program for the year.
