TLG Mothers' Retreat | Monday 7 August | The Pavilion Tennyson Playing Fields

Be sure to come along to the wonderful morning planned for the Mothers' Retreat on Monday 7 August at Tennyson. There will be Tai Chi under the jacarandas followed by a delicious brunch of fresh produce with cold pressed juices afterwards. Arrival is 9.15 for a 9.30 am start for the Tai Chi and the morning should be concluded by 11.30am. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, no active wear necessary. You can book via the college Events Page or via this link. Tickets are $30 each. Please RSVP by 1 August. All are welcome.

Key Dates for the Spring Luncheon

Week 4: Invitations emailed 3 August with link to Try-Booking – Tickets can be purchased the following ways:

Table captains purchase table/s of 10: Year level to be nominated, any dietary requirements for their companions, number of seats needed on the complimentary buses to the after party at Gambaros;
Individuals purchase seat/seats at a table nominating a table captain and year level; or Individuals purchase a seat/seats nominating a year level if no specific table captain.

Week 5: Tickets on sale 8 August (via Try-Booking)

Week 8: Spring Luncheon – 1 September, Hillstone, St Lucia.

Tennyson Canteen

Many thanks to our helpers in the canteen at Tennyson on Saturday. We were well and truly covered with volunteer help in the morning. However, it was a much busier day than expected with food running out before the 1^st XV game. Apologies if you were counting on a good feed and missed out. We were a little light on in terms of assistance of volunteers after lunch so if you happen to have any time around then in the next few home games of the season, please keep us in mind. Home bake is most welcome too of course.
