Congratulations to all our award winners being presented at this year’s Celebration of Excellence. Please find below details to assist with planning for this special event.
Venue: Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC), Merivale St & Glenelg Street, South Brisbane – Great Hall, mezzanine level. Please allow sufficient time to park and walk to the venue.
Time: Commences 7pm. Doors open at 6.30pm with a video presentation of the 2017 year. Please note that there is a 5-minute lock out period at 7pm before late arrivals will be permitted to enter the Great Hall.
Seating: Staff at BCEC have requested that all guests use the mezzanine level doors for entry and as it is a non-ticketed event. Guests are asked to follow the direction of ushers to find seats. Please see the floorplan linked here for more details on guest seating, including mobility seating, award seating and staff areas.
Conclusion: The BCEC requests that guests also depart by the mezzanine level doors immediately after the event. Parents/guardians are asked to meet students and mingle in the Great Hall foyer as the hall itself must become a worksite for the removal of technical equipment.

All members of the Terrace Family who left Terrace 50 years ago or more are warmly invited to attend this special event.

The Year 12 Induction Mass and Lunch will be held on Friday 2 February 2018, at the University of Queensland, St Lucia. To make this a memorable occasion, it is tradition that the Year 11 parents provide and serve the food for this function.
