TERRACE TENNIS HOLIDAY COACHING CLINICS
EASTER CLINICS
It has been a great start to the 2008 Terrace Tennis year with tremendous attendance in all squads and all players showing great enthusiasm for the season ahead. Also, players have shown a keen willingness to learn new skills and work hard at their games. There is no doubt that our teams will be more confident and prepared for the upcoming tennis season in Term 3.
As you know tennis is a very tough sport technically, physically and mentally. So, therefore it is very important that players put in the effort away from the coaching sessions and practice on the wall or even do some mirror work at home.
The holiday clinics are designed to give all players a chance to consolidate on what has been learnt throughout the term. There will be coaching clinics in the morning and some round robin match play in the afternoon. The clinics will run on both weeks of the holidays. All players are welcomed to attend any days of the clinics.

Times:
9am - 11.30am (coaching clinic)
11.30am – 12noon (lunch)
12noon - 2pm (round-robin match play)
Cost:
$35 per coaching session
$10 round robin tournament
$40 Full day (inc. clinic and round-robin. 9am-2pm)
$150 Weekly
JULY CLINICS
Terrace Tennis will provide a pre season clinic for all Terrace Tennis players from Under 10 to Under 16.The Director of Tennis Mr. Guy Fisher and members of his coaching staff will run the clinics.
The Clinics will be run over the following days and times:

8AM – 10AM, UNDER 13
10AM – 12 NOON, UNDER 14
1PM – 3PM, CIC TEAMS 1 - 4
TUE - JULY 8
8AM – 10AM, UNDER 15
10AM – 12 NOON, UNDER 16
1PM – 3PM, CIC TEAMS 5 - 8
WED - JULY 9
8AM – 10AM, UNDER 13
10AM – 12 NOON, UNDER 14
1PM - 3PM, CIC TEAMS 1 - 4
THUR - JULY 10
8AM – 10AM, UNDER 15
10AM – 12 NOON, UNDER 16
1PM – 3PM, CIC TEAMS 5 - 8
In order to allow yourself the best opportunity to make a GPS/CIC Terrace Tennis Team in 2008, it is essential that you take advantage of these clinics and in doing so providing the coaching staff with a clear understanding of your capabilities and talents.
