College Dean

My role as College Dean is to share with the Principal the leadership of the Terrace Community, in particular in the daily organisation, planning and management of the College.

A key facet of the role is working with the exceptional staff that we have at Terrace – both teaching and support staff.

There are 177 staff members, including 110 teachers, all of whom are committed to the College’s Mission and the EREA Charter.

The making of the Terrace Gentleman does not come automatically. He is the product of the Terrace Family.

Terrace is about developing the young men in our care, working in partnership with families. It is a role our staff take very seriously.

Staff members are assisted with formulating and implementing individual personal and professional development plans. Their development as staff, teachers in particular, assists in maximising student outcomes across all year levels.

Terrace has a reputation as a fine school - a school from which many fine young men emerge.

I am confident that our students, through the holistic Catholic education they are receiving at Terrace, are being provided with the very best opportunity to succeed.
