Learning

A central aspiration for Gregory Terrace, provided for in its Mission Statement, is to develop “Men of Faith and Learning”.

Cultivating a commitment to learning is among the most important of our goals as an educational institution for young men. The concept of learning is founded not only in the pursuit of academic achievement but also for the process of learning. The concept is fostered in every individual, encouraging a desire to learn beyond the classroom, in all aspects of life.

The delivery of curriculum is the fundamental basis to Terrace’s cultivation of learning. Terrace accesses national and international best practice and is committed to ongoing development within the School Structure and in the delivery of its educational programs.

Terrace places great emphasis on the importance of good teaching and tutelage and has been blessed with outstanding Teachers, many of whom have continued at the College for many years and become integral to our culture of learning.
