Support our teams at the first home games of the season.

“The mark of a great player is in his ability to come back. The great champions have all come back from defeat.”

Sam Snead, winner of 82 PGA Tours and seven Majors.

Last Saturday 15 of the best rugby players this school has to offer played their hearts out and left nothing on the field. It was one of the greatest displays of Terrace spirit I had ever witnessed in my five years at this school. Despite losing to Nudgee by one point to a kick in overtime, how the players held their heads high and how the crowd still cheered them off the field will forever be one of the proudest moments of my final year at Terrace. But this was only the first game of eight, and this week we take on Brisbane State High at Tennyson for the first home game of the season. It will be just as important to get the same number of supporters as we did at Ross Oval as our 1st XV’s season is only just starting and we are still a champion side.

The 1st V Basketball Team also played a great first game at Nudgee defeating them by 20 points, while still missing three players to the State Championships. It was a great start to the season and Adam and his team will definitely want to back it up this weekend at the Terradome.
