Gregory Terrace offers a range of support services. The Guidance and Counselling Team provides:
Personal Counselling is offered in a safe, gentle, non-judgmental and confidential environment. Personal Counselling can help students struggling with issues such as stress, friendships, loneliness, extreme worrying, peer pressure, family concerns, bullying, anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, grief, other relationship issues and so on. The Counselling Department welcomes all enquiries about assistance. Sometimes just a friendly face and someone who will listen makes all the difference.
Career Counselling can help students develop lifelong career management skills, assess interests and abilities, explore educational and career pathways, and assist in career decision making. Making an Appointment
Students can make a time to speak to a counsellor, in person, via email, or by phoning the Counselling Department. Alternatively, they can ask a teacher, Tutor or House Dean to make an appointment for them. The Guidance and Counselling Department is located behind Student Services, above the Campbell Centre on Level 3.
